Most residential flags are either 3 x 5 feet or 4 x 6 feet. For most business or commercial uses the height of the pole determines the size of the flag. To correctly select the right size for your flag, the length of the flag should be at least one-fourth the height of the pole. In example, a 40 foot pole requires a 6 x 10 foot flag.
